We're here to ensure you're happy with your purchase! If you change your mind about a product, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Just let us know, and then send the unused product back to us within 14 days of cancellation. Please note that you'll need to cover the return shipping costs to our designated address.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Manufacturing faults include issues like scratches, stitching problems, and hemming defects. We'll assess and determine what qualifies as a manufacturing fault.
Cancellations
Within 30 Minutes
We give you a 30-minute window after placing your order to make any changes or cancel. During this time, feel free to contact us if you have any questions or doubts about your order. Our customer service is here to help and can offer a full refund.
Since each product is handmade to order, we begin production soon after the 30-minute window closes. At this point, we've already invested in materials and time specifically for your order. If you need to cancel after this period, a 20% charge will apply. We appreciate your understanding.
